| Ans: No it will not be guarded round the clock, But a representative of the company will visit the property at regular intervals to ensure that there will be no encroachment or illegal occupancy. |
| 3. What is the charge for maintenance? |
| Ans: Rs. 2.50/sft/annum. |
| 4. How is it different from the security offered by security agencies? |
| Ans: Affordability it is just a fraction of the charge made by security agencies.
Transparancy in operation - Our representative will carry GPS equipment to certify the visit.
Record of visit - The date and time of visit is recorded and photograph of the site is forwarded every month to your problems.
You will not have any tenancy problems. |
| 5. In case on any conflicts what help can i expect from your company? |
| Ans: Value added legal service will be provided by the in house legal team. |
| 6. How will i know that you are taking care of the property? |
| Ans: As you will receive regular updates every month through E-mail including photographs. It will be as good as your personal visit. |
| 7. What are the steps taken if someone is trying to misuse the property? |
| Ans: We will lodge a complaint in the jurisdiction police station and inform you for your frther necessary action. |
| 8. Any discount on tariffs for bigger sites. |
| Ans: Special prices are available for more than 10,000 sft in area. |
| 9. If i am not in India how to register for the facility. |
| Ans: You can register online by providing your details and credit the amount to our bank account. |
| 10. Will the company take care of the extra responsibilitie like helping to pay tax and maintenance like fencing or building compound for the property? |

| 11. What are the documents required? |
| Ans: Any legal documents pertaining to the said property. |
| 12. I am having only the litle deed but no other documents, Can you trace my property? |
| Ans: We can procure the other related documents from the concerned authorities and proceed with the assignment. |
| 13. I am having only the Khata/Tax paid receipt, Is it enough? |
| Ans: We can procure the other related documents from the concerned authorities and proceed with the assignment. |
| 14. I have documents but not clear title to the property, can you complete the documentation? |
