This unique service helps you protect your property through regular
inspection. In case of any danger to your property due to
encroachments, misuse, etc.., you are instantly notified. Besides
physical visits by our team, we provide you with photographs of your
property thus it almost becomes like your personal visit to your
valuable property.
This is a unique concept promoted by Vruddhi, wherein a
regular inspection on your property is maintained to deter people from
encroaching on your property. This service is available for the first
time in the organized sector and at a price that is affordable one and
all.
This is a unique concept to safeguard your empty sites in a
systematic manner & at an affordable cost. (The cost becomes in
significant when you compare the time & cost involved to do it
yourself).
Our representative will visit your site twice a week and you
will be informed immediately if there is any neighboring development /
adverse development / problem, to enable appropriate and timely
action.
Date & time of visit is recorded. The detail of his visit
along with photographs of the site will be E-mailed to you once a
month. The photograph will also cover the corresponding day’s front
page of a newspaper to further ascertain the date of visit.

30 X 40 site (1200 sft) = Rs 3000/- only.
40 X 60 site (2400 sft) = Rs 6000/- only.
